How you make the differenceAdecco Italia SpA is looking for a Product Development Specialist to join the R&D team in the Bolton Food Business Unit based in Italy. The position will play a crucial role in supporting our New Categories R&D Team in new product development projects, from the concept to the commercialization, ensuring Brand Quality and Food Safety standards. The role will also be responsible for technical aspects from lab to industrial scale.How your agenda looks likeScout and test new ingredients and technologiesDevelop product formulations combining technical expertise and culinary creativitySupport prototype development at pilot scaleDefine processing and packaging solutions to optimize shelf life and food safetyCoordinate industrial trials and first production runs with Quality and Operations teamsPrepare and manage product and process documentationTrack and report development activities and resultsWork closely with Marketing to meet brand and market needsYour teamYou will report directly to the R&D Manager New Categories within the Brands and Innovation Team.What makes you a great fitEducationDegree in Food Science and Technology.Work ExperienceMinimum 2–3 years of experience in a similar role.Technical SkillsStrong passion for cooking and the food industry, with a commitment to excellence.
