For further information about the services provided, please visit the official website: What you’ll do The Real Estate Asset Manager, working within the real estate team specialized in repossessed properties (REOCOs), will be involved in the following activities: Main responsibilities: Recommend and proactively coordinate external providers; Oversee the performance of external brokers in the disposal strategy of multiple real estate assets simultaneously; Perform presentations to our PE clients on the status of investments and progress of the chosen strategy; participate in the preparation of the real estate business plans and quarterly reporting documents for separate assets; Review external appraisal reports and provide qualitative and quantitative analysis on their contents; Update and prepare mark to market models and capital commitment schedules; Understand various real estate related documentation and prepare Excel models; Analyze potential acquisitions on behalf of real estate assets; Review and update monthly operating budgets; Prepare and update internal models and memos. What you’ll bring: Competent English written and spoken English needed for everyday use; Strong educational background, accounting or real estate working experience; Proficient in Excel and Power Point; Exposure to financial modelling and discounted cash flow analysis; Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential; Must be a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously; Well-developed quantitative and analytical skills; Strong organizational and time management skills; Understanding of real estate valuation concepts highly desirable.
