Descrizione del lavoro Customer Care Full-Time in (UFFICIO) a Milano. GF Srl è un’azienda di software, consulenza e formazione in ambito B2B per professionisti e aziende in rapida crescita. Stiamo cercando una figura Customer Care per unirsi al nostro team. La posizione è Full-Time in (UFFICIO) a Milano. Fondatore e Amministratore: Giacomo Freddi, creatore del Metodo del Marketing Programmatico e del Software Piramid.Io Compenso mensile: Dai 1.200€ ai 1.700€ al mese - Full-time (a seconda di vari fattori, come esperienza nel campo). Requisiti: Scrittura a PC rapida Competenze informatiche minime Uso drive, Meet e vari tool Google al pari di Excel e Word PLUS: Competenze di Marketing e Vendita Responsabilità: Compilare correttamente i file di info e tracking task dei clienti Effettuare almeno una call a settimana con ogni cliente Raccogliere feedback Fornire supporto di base Passare i feedback e informazioni in modo corretto e preciso al team Fissare appuntamenti da remoto e in ufficio Rispondere alle mail, messaggi e telefonate in arrivo Compilazione dei vari file di flusso operatività Fare check quotidiani dell’avanzamento task in corso Interfacciarsi con le varie risorse interessate al servizio Aiutare nella coordinazione delle diverse figure interessate ad un progetto Compilare timeline task personale di ogni cliente Inviare comunicazioni al cliente di reminder appuntamento Partecipare ai meeting e prendere appunti Definire per iscritto il piano trimestrale sulla base delle indicazioni fornite durante il meeting Mettere il piano in revisione al responsabile Inviare Piano trimestrale con relative risorse e materiale al cliente Valori Aziendali Eccellenza Iper-Efficienza (Nessuno spreco di tempo i risorse) Disciplina Estrema Organizzazione e Precisione Altri dettagli: Lavoro interamente in ufficio, a MILANO. Orari: da Lunedi a Venerdì dalle 9:00 alle 18:00 (pausa 1 ora). Periodo di prova di 1-3 mesi. Tipo di lavoro: Full-time, A MILANO, A lungo termine. Compenso: Dai 1.200€ ai 1.700€ al mese (a seconda delle competenze tecniche, esperienza, qualità e velocità di lavoro) ... + Piano compensi in base al raggiungimento di metriche e KPI.
