Job ID: | Amazon Fulfillment Poland sp. z o.o.We are looking to hire a talented and committed Employee Relations Manager to play a critical role the development of the employee relations agenda in Poland.This role can be located at any one of our sites in Poland for the right candidate.We are seeking a progressive, hands‑on, customer‑obsessed individual who will help to develop our employee relations agenda of creating a positive employee relations climate that supports employee safety, capability, engagement and a high performance customer obsessed culture.The ER Manager will report to the Senior Employee Relations Manager.The Employee Relations Manager will work proactively to:Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levelsDevelop an understanding of the employee engagement and support the delivery of initiatives designed to achieve engagement targets, which are aligned to Amazon’s ER philosophy.Reactively and proactively support and advise managers and HR teams on employee relations issues.Ensure compliance with Poland and EU legislation in partnership with our Legal DepartmentDefine, develop the existing arrangements for collective consultation and communication as required for the ongoing evolution of the business, in compliance with Poland labor Laws and Amazon ER policiesProvide training on ER matters for managers, HR teams.Conduct reviews of employment policies to ensure they are aligned to Amazon’s objectives and compliant with employment law.Participate in national and international projects.The minimum base pay salary for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include further pay components such as a sign on payment and the eligibility to participate in a restricted stock unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in USA. Your recruiting team will share final base pay and any applicable total compensation elements depending on skills and requirements.Company discretionary, supplementary benefits apply subject to further terms, including pension plans, health insurance, life and disability insurance, business travel insurance, MultiSport card, employee discount code and program (EDC/Extras), commuter benefits where applicable, and the Employee Assistance Program (private and confidential counselling and referral service to support health and well‑being).The minimum base pay for this position is PLN 8,983.33 monthly.Basic QualificationsFluent in both written and spoken English and Polish (CEFR C2)Proven track record of accomplishments in a fast paced similar environment to Amazon Operations, i.e., LogisticsExtensive experience in employee relations, labor relations, or labor/employment law with an emphasis on labor and employee relations work.Extensive experience in setting up effective provisions for collective communication and consultation in a recently unionized environment.Experience in the analysis, design and implementation of people programs, policies and practices to develop and sustain positive employee relations and engagementPreferred QualificationsRelevant post graduate education in human resources, employee relations.Strong negotiation and influencing skills.Demonstrate problem solving and analytical capabilityExtensive knowledge of employment law.Demonstrate ability to motivate others and influence work behaviors.Proven ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, make best use of limited resources.Experience with complex problem solving and analysis using analytical methods.Possesses intellectual curiosity; brings insight into the team/business, especially in a multicultural and multi‑location environmentProven presentation and communication skills.Good understanding of MS Office tools (Outlook, Excel) and HR information systems (e.g., PeopleSoft) would be advantageous.Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
