Overview Four Seasons Hotel Firenze is looking for a motivated Laundry Attendant to join the Team for 2026 summer season. About the role The Laundry Attendant is responsible for the meticulous upkeep of all linens used throughout the hotel as well as the detailed dry cleaning of our guests clothing and employee uniforms. This position is also responsible for the pressing and the dry cleaning of our guests clothes and other items per their particular requests, as well as for the pick-up and delivery of all dry cleaning requests. What you will do Sort guest items for appropriate action and then process the clothing on the correct equipment, using the appropriate temperature and chemicals. Once processed, fold or hang the clothing as desired. Deliver clothing to guest at time desired. Process employee uniforms on the correct equipment using the appropriate temperature and chemicals. Once processed, hangs and transports clean uniforms to the appropriate storage. Sort used linens into appropriate categories for washing, sorting out stained or torn linen. Load and unload driers. Shake wet sheets, table linens and napkins prior to ironing in order to spread them out. Feed washed linens into ironer. Retrieve folded linens and stacks or hang clean linens as appropriate. Sort clean towels, rugs and robes. Place folded product on appropriate rack. Operate and maintain washer, dryer, dry cleaning machine, steam tunnel, presser and iron. Report any problems or deficiencies to the management team. Attend daily briefing from supervisor or management. Support in measuring new employees for uniforms and in tailoring services if needed. What you bring Flexibility, team work attitude and a can-do approach to any request. Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the Italian language. English is a plus. Minimum experience in a related position is preferable. Experience in tailor services is a plus.
