Overview Lo scopo dell’attività consiste nella gestione delle segnalazioni di eventi accaduti in servizio (Occurrence Reports) che richiedono la redazione, modifica e chiusura dei report di investigazione associati. In genere i report di investigazione subiscono un processo in varie fasi: dopo una prima redazione che apre formalmente l’investigazione, ne segue una per la sua chiusura o una serie di revisioni che seguono il progresso dell’investigazione. Gli Occurrence Reports da analizzare potranno riferirsi a inconvenienti relativi alle strutture, impianti (idraulica, sistema carburante, condizionamento, installazione motori), sistemi elettroavionici, rotori e trasmissioni. Possono comunque capitare alcuni inconvenienti di natura più generica che devono essere parimenti gestiti. Responsibilities Coordinamento e gestione dell’ OR in azienda e con l’Autorità (EASA/ENAC). Coordinamento delle aree tecniche per la preparazione dell’investigation report. Coordinamento con la funzione System Safety & reliability per la gestione dei risk-assessment. Compilazione campi ordine di servizio in SAP con proposta di chiusura al Continuous Airworthiness Engineer (CAE). Quanto sopra verrà suddiviso per le tre principali Aree Tecniche / Ambiti di Progetto: Strutture, sistemi dinamici, Impianti, Avionica. A completamento dell’attività di investigazione, la funzione prevede l’emissione di un report dedicato e specifico per ogni OR. L’OR specialist dovrà anche preparare la documentazione necessaria alla partecipazione ai meeting periodici ART (Airworthiness review Team). Dovrà anche supportare il Product Support Engineer (PSE) nella preparazione dei Bollettini Tecnici che dovessero rendersi necessari e in seguito all’investigazione.
