Overview A great opportunity to join as Director of Rooms at a luxury 5-star hotel in Rome. Experience required: 3-5 years in a similar management role in a well-structured hotel chain, preferably in Italy. Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages preferred. The role is intended for ExCom. The Director of Rooms will report to the General Manager and the Director of Operations. Responsibilities Manage Front Office (approximately 30 staff), Housekeeping (approximately 20 staff), and Reservations (approximately 4 staff). Qualifications Minimum a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or equivalent, plus four years of guest service/hotel experience with at least two years in a management capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. More than five yearsexperience in a similar hotel operations role is preferred. Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are preferred. Strict adherence to LQA standards. EU work permit.
