Resident Engineer (Electrical) Black & White Engineering Location Milan, Italy Key Responsibilities Supervise electrical installations on‑site, ensuring compliance with design, specifications, and Italian regulations (CEI standards, EN norms). Collaborate with contractors, clients, and project managers to resolve issues and document deviations. Attend site meetings, review technical documentation, and provide detailed reporting. Conduct inspections, commissioning attendances, and audits. Review electrical designs for buildability, maintainability, and compliance before execution. Qualifications Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems for Data Centres, including power distribution, UPS systems, emergency lighting, and redundancy strategies. Familiarity with Italian electrical codes and CEI standards. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Attention to detail and ability to produce clear documentation.
