At Belmond, we look for effortlessly engaging characters, whose personality, humor, and charm shine through, creating a culture for unscripted and instinctive service and genuine human connection.He / She will reports a Villa Manager.Main Duties & ResponsabilitiesFulfill the Bar operations assisting with service, setup, mise en place and cleaning, according to the Belmond policies, high standards and procedures;Welcome customers entering the bar area and maintain a friendly atmosphere, establish and maintain good relationships with all guests and handle requests and enquiries;Plan, organize, and control the operations of a bar;To monitor stock levels, paying particular attention to use-by-dates on perishable goods, and order replacement deliveries as required;Assist the restocking and replenishment of bar inventory and supplies;Report all equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to Villa Manager;Brings suggestions for improvement;RequirementsEffective communication, emotional intelligence and adaptability;Collaboration : be a role model for teamwork, and proactively go out of your way to help others;Drive results : set clear goals and expectations and maximize resource allocation to achieve them;Be capable of advising on best-selling prices and review regularly according to the Bar Manager’s instructions.Previous de-luxe Hotel & bar experience in the same position;Fluent in English and Italian, third language preferred;Exceptional customer service skills;Very presentable and well groomed;Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both with guests and colleagues;Detail and guest care oriented;BenefitsWe offer seasonal Labour contract according to C.C.N.L.
