Supports end-to-end order fulfillment while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Your core responsibilities at a glance: Manage customer orders from entry to delivery, ensuring accuracy and on-time fulfillment.Act as the main contact for customers on order status, delivery updates, and issue resolution.Collaborate with Supply Planning, Transport, and Warehousing teams to ensure smooth operations.Proactively address and resolve service issues, delivery discrepancies, and complaints.Maintain master data and ensure compliance with customer requirements and internal policies.Monitor order KPIs (e.g., OTIF, fill rate) and support root cause analysis for service gaps.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.Document processes and maintain accurate records in ERP and CRM systemsThe ingredients of Perfetti Van Melle – is this your flavor?
