Your ResponsibilitiesSupport quality planning throughout all project phases in alignment with maturity level requirements (CP2)Monitor and evaluate quality risks using tools like D-/P-FMEA and control plansEnsure process and product compliance with customer, internal and standard specificationsCoordinate cross-functional quality activities between engineering, production, and suppliersDocument quality milestones and deliverables in accordance with the maturity level assurance guidelinesFacilitate audits and assessments to verify readiness and maturity of development stagesTrack and report quality KPIs to support decision-making and continuous improvementYour Qualifications & SkillsTechnical high school diploma or university degree in a technical field (preferably in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or equivalent)Knowledge of VDA maturity level methodology, especially VDA Volume \"Maturity Level Assurance for New Parts\" or comparable standardsProficiency in quality tools such as FMEA, control plans, 8D reports, and risk analysisExperience in project management within the automotive or manufacturing industryUnderstanding of customer-specific requirements and ability to translate them into internal quality processesFamiliarity with international standards like ISO 9001 and IATF 16949Professional experiences in project management, production or supplier quality (e.g. product development projects, production improvement projects)Good command of Italian and English, both written and spoken; knowledge of German is a plusOUR COMMITMENTInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic teamHigh-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobilityOpportunities for advancement in a growing companyA wide range of further training opportunitiesAttractive bonus system and performance-related payAdditional company benefitsWHY ALPITRONICTogether with our customers, we are driving the world towards sustainable mobility – with cutting‑edge technology, we inspire with the most innovative and reliable solutions.
