About the job :We are seeking a Project-Oriented Controller to join the Planning & Control team of an international renewable energy group. This role will be based in Milano and will provide essential support in data processing, reporting, and financial monitoring of projects throughout their lifecycle — from development to construction. The position is designed for a junior professional eager to grow in a dynamic, international environment.About the role :As Project-Oriented Controller, you will work closely with senior colleagues and report directly to the Head of Growth and Corporate Planning & Control. You will contribute to the preparation of financial reports, cost monitoring, and forecasting activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of information to management and shareholders. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated candidate with 2–3 years of experience to develop expertise in project controlling within the renewable energy sector.Key Responsibilities :Collect, analyze, and consolidate budget data in line with business plan guidelines.Monitor and control project costs, ensuring alignment with budgeted amounts and project progress.Prepare and update short-term forecasts on project costs and cash flow.Support the preparation of management reports and reporting packages for shareholders.Share financial data with Group Accounting to ensure accurate consolidation of company and group results.Assist in the implementation and optimization of ERP systems and reporting tools.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and ensure efficient information flow.Your Profile :Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.2–3 years of experience in controlling, ideally in a project-based environment or within the renewable energy / infrastructure sector.Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with ERP / reporting tools is a plus.Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage.Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments and geographies.Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced international context.What we offer :A dynamic and international working environment.The opportunity to develop professionally and grow within a fast-moving organization.Exposure to both local and international project controlling practices.Opportunities to take on new responsibilities and advance your career path.Location :MilanoJob Type : Full-time, hybridTo apply for this position, we invite all interested candidates of any gender (L.903 / 77) to send their CV via email, specifying their consent to the processing of personal data (EU Regulation 2016 / 679) and referencing the job posting.Sadhu thanks in advance all applicants and will contact candidates deemed suitable within 15 days of receipt.
