So, everything we do at CNH Industrial is about reaching new heights as one team, always delivering for the good of our customers.Job PurposeThe Site Facilities Manager oversees all aspects of building functions and guarantees safety and functionality of all facilities.Key ResponsibilitiesGeneral Services & Maintenance: services oversight (facilities, buildings, cleaning, security, events, green etc.).Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, ISO 14001 management, waste management, and fire prevention.Contracts & Finance: Supplier management, procurement, budget monitoring (OPEX/CAPEX). Project management.Sustainability: Promote energy efficiency and manage corporate mobility (Mobility Manager).Coordination: Lead internal teams, consultants and external professionals.Experience Required5+ years of experience in similar rolesContract handling experienceExperience in planning and maintaining facility budgetsPreferred QualificationsDegree in Architecture, Management Engineering or equivalentFluent EnglishExcellent time management skillsLeadership and problem‑solving skillsStrong attention to detailWhat We OfferWe offer dynamic career opportunities across an international landscape.
