Business Intelligence Analyst Trainee

Based in our office in Carpi (MO), we are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Intelligence Analyst Trainee to join our Digital Team.You will be involved in supporting the development and maintenance of Business Intelligence solutions and data analysis activities. You will work closely with data engineers, data scientists and business stakeholders to support reporting, dashboard creation and data-driven decision-making.This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in gaining hands-on experience in data analytics and business intelligence within a dynamic environment.Core ResponsibilitiesSupporting the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards aligned with business needs.Assisting in data integration from multiple sources.Ensuring data quality, integrity and consistency across reports and systems.Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions.Performing data analysis and preparing reports and presentations for decision‑making.Supporting troubleshooting, performance optimization and user experience improvement.Assisting in user training, documentation and self‑service analytics initiatives.QualificationsBachelor’s degree (or currently enrolled) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.Strong interest in Business Intelligence, data analytics and reporting tools.Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly.Basic knowledge of BI tools: Power BI (preferred), Qlik, Tableau and SQL (academic or personal projects are considered a plus).Proactive, detail‑oriented and solution‑driven mindset.Ability to work in a team and manage tasks with guidance and increasing autonomy.Good command of English (both written and spoken) and interest in the fashion and/or e-commerce industry.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Power Point and Excel).Please note: Only CVs in English will be considered.Seniority levelInternshipEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionInformation TechnologyIndustryRetail Apparel and FashionApply now#J-18808-Ljbffr
