Ti occuperai di compiti più complessi rispetto a quelli di livello iniziale, garantendo che tutti i processi siano conformi agli standard organizzativi e ai requisiti normativi. Il tuo ruolo è fondamentale per mantenere registri payroll accurati e tempestivi.### Responsabilità:* Elaborare il payroll dei dipendenti, inclusi calcolo delle ore e delle trattenute.* Preparare e distribuire i cedolini paga.* Gestire le richieste dei dipendenti relative al payroll.* Assicurare la conformità alle politiche e procedure di payroll.* Preparare i pagamenti e le dichiarazioni fiscali del payroll.* Mantenere e aggiornare i registri e i report del payroll.* Supportare le attività di audit sul payroll e fornire la documentazione necessaria.* Monitorare i pagamenti e le trattenute dei benefit dei dipendenti.* Fornire supporto per aggiornamenti e implementazioni del sistema payroll.* Collaborare con l’HR per garantire l’accuratezza dei dati dei dipendenti.### Competenze:* **Elaborazione del Payroll:** Competenza nel calcolo e nella gestione del payroll.* **Conoscenza normativa:** Familiarità con le normative pertinenti al payroll.* **Orientamento al dettaglio:** Garantire precisione in tutte le attività di payroll.* **Reportistica finanziaria di base:** Capacità di preparare report payroll di base.* **Capacità comunicative:** Rispondere efficacemente alle richieste relative al payroll.* **Problem solving:** Capacità di gestire e risolvere problematiche legate al payroll.* **Gestione dei sistemi:** Conoscenza dei software di payroll.* **Gestione del tempo:** Organizzazione efficiente delle attività per rispettare le scadenze del payroll.*Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a Wolters Kluwer office as part of the recruitment process.***Wolters Kluwer reported 2023 annual revenues of €5.6 billion.
