With more than 1,200 employees across 12 offices worldwide, Nayax offers a diverse and innovative community where your work makes a real impact and helps shape the future of payments.We are looking for a highly skilled and qualified Sales Manager to join our team in Italy, preferably in Milan or Rome.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business and create opportunities with customers (F2F)Lead sales and close dealsManage existing partners/customers to achieve long‑term successAct as the point of contact and handle business needsResolve conflicts and provide timely business solutions to customersSupervise account representatives to ensure sales increase, reaching the company's annual targetsReport on the status of accounts and transactions (MBR, QBR)Set and track sales account targets aligned with company objectivesMonitor sales metrics such as quarterly sales results and annual forecastsSuggest actions to improve sales performance and identify growth opportunitiesRequirementsProven track record and at least 4‑5 years of experience as a Sales Manager or Sales Executive in ItalyExperience selling hardware solutions and services – a big advantageExperience in the payment industryHands‑on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experienceEnglish language skills are mandatoryKnowledge of CRM software and MS Office (Salesforce in particular)Understanding of sales performance metrics (KPI)Excellent communication and negotiation skillsBusiness acumen with a problem‑solving attitudeFrequent traveling within ItalyBSc degree in Business Administration or a relevant fieldExperience with unattended, vending, and retail fieldTechnical pre‑sales background – ability to present demosPreferred location: Milan (flexibility for remote work)How to ApplyPlease send an English version of your CV when applying.Learn More About Nayax: Nayax is a global fintech company (NASDAQ; TASE: NYAX) providing an end‑to‑end platform for payments, consumer engagement, and business operations.
