What you will doEnsure communication with PA team and Marketing/EventsMaintain understanding of relevant regulations and laws, including MedTech CodeCollaborate in process improvement projectsRegular review of processes to ensure updates to any regulations, compliance policies are updatedRegular meetings with the Manager and PA Team to ensure workload is even and capacity used effectivelyCNF Consultant Profile creation in the compliance tool for Southern EU PA - All DivisionsCollaboration for HCP Contract Process in creating the Contract Form for all SE contracts all DivisionsFaculty Service invoices paying process and vendors creations management working with the SE PA Team, Invoicing Team for all consultants all divisions Southern EuropeInteracting and advising business units on compliant HCP Consultant activitiesWhat you needEducationEssential: College equivalent qualificationsDesired: Bachelor’s Degree desired but not essentialExperienceEssential: New graduate or 1-2 years relevant experienceDesirable: Fluent and skilled in local language as well as Spanish and EnglishDesirable: Work experience in a Medical Device/Pharmaceutical companyDesirable: Knowledge of MedTech Europe ComplianceDesirable: Sound excel knowledgeCompetencies & BehaviorsHighly organizedAbility to multitaskProcessed focusedStrong interpersonal SkillsStrong communication skills (written & verbal) at all levelsAbility to manage professional relationships with both internal and external stakeholdersHard working and flexiblePay rate will not be below any applicable local minimum wage rates.Stryker is a global leader in medical technologies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better.
