Purchasing and Contract Management Purchasing goods based on the company investments program and in agreement with the budget owner’s department; Working closely with finance, factory, production & IT depts. to ensure that the products are purchased respecting the technical requirements, timetable and containing costs; Negotiating the terms of supply contracts, based on the asset type, including prices payment agreement, warranties and after sales conditions; Entering into an customized contracts. Professional Conduct and Operational Flexibility Always working in a professional manner regardless of the task set and be pro-active in promoting a positive image for the department/team/sponsors; Providing flexible attendance and attitude to work both in line with the requirements of the role and any specific requirements of the projects.
