The selected candidate will be part of a structure dedicated to organising events for our clients, with the goal of supporting the team in providing customers, partners and visitors with a memorable experience within our company.Main ResponsibilitiesVisitor experience management: booking flights, transfers, hotels and restaurants.On‑site reception, presentation of the company profile and guided tours of the production facilities.Coordination of the calendar of demonstrations held by our Corporate Chefs.Collaboration in the organisation of digital events, including registration management, supplier coordination and logistics.Opportunity to closely follow the organisation of the Combiguru Challenge, an educational initiative aimed at culinary school students. The project seeks to enhance young culinary talents through cooking challenges that test creativity and technical skills, fostering the connection between education and the professional world.
