A testimonianza del nostro impegno per l’eccellenza e il riconoscimento internazionale, due dei nostri resort appartengono alla prestigiosa Autograph Collection by Marriott, mentre uno fa parte della raffinata Curio Collection by Hilton.Descrizione della posizioneStiamo cercando la stagione estiva 2026 un Pastry Chef da inserire nella nostra struttura Mangia's Sardinia Resort.ResponsabilitàIdeare e realizzare dolci, pasticceria e prodotti da forno secondo standard di qualità e presentazioneCoordinare, formare e supervisionare il personale di pasticceria.Gestire scorte, ordini e utilizzo efficiente degli ingredienti.Monitorare gusto, aspetto e coerenza dei prodotti.Mantenere ordine nelle aree di lavoro e rispettare le norme igienico-sanitarie (HACCP).Coordinarsi con gli altri reparti per garantire tempi di servizio e coerenza dell’offerta culinaria.QualificheEsperienza consolidata in pasticceria professionale.Ottima conoscenza delle tecniche di pasticceria, cioccolateria e decorazione.Conoscenza delle norme igienico-sanitarie (HACCP).Predisposizione a lavorare in teamPrecisione e organizzazione nel lavoro quotidiano.Cosa si offreTipologia di contratto stagionalePossibilità di alloggioVitto garantito (1€ al giorno)Opportunità di crescita professionale all'interno dell'aziendaAmbiente di lavoro dinamico e collaborativoFormazione continua e possibilità di partecipare a corsi di aggiornamento#J-18808-Ljbffr
