What We Are Looking For Junior Growth Data Analyst – curious, analytical, and proactive. A self‑starter who enjoys solving complex problems with data, uncovering insights, and communicating findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical teams. Comfortable working autonomously in a fast‑paced, remote environment and genuinely excited about crypto, trading, and analytics. Values accuracy, ownership, and continuous learning; a key member of our growing Marketing team. Your Day‑to‑Day Own the design and delivery of analytical dashboards for metrics and KPIs across campaigns, user funnels, and product performance. Analyze large user and event datasets (Amplitude, Looker, SQL) to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks. Identify and explain drivers of acquisition, activation, and retention through data storytelling and cohort analysis. Collaborate with engineers to ensure data integrity, event tracking consistency, and reliable measurement frameworks. Suggest experimentation by defining success metrics, validating results, and recommending next steps. Translate complex data findings into actionable recommendations for marketing and leadership teams. Assists in building predictive models for trader LTV to inform strategy and campaign planning. Manage data pipelines and analysis for HubSpot in collaboration with the BD team. This is a remote position; candidates must work primarily within European time zones. What You Bring to the Table Mandatory 2+ years of experience in data analysis and data management within the financial services industry. Proficiency with product analytics tools such as Amplitude or MixPanel. Familiarity with trading, web3, crypto exchanges, and user acquisition KPIs such as deposits and trading volume. Experience with Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, and SQL for behavioral and funnel analysis. Nice‑to‑have Marketing platform knowledge (Meta, X) and attribution understanding. Technical literacy – APIs, webhooks, first‑party data integrations. Reporting & visualization – building KPI dashboards and cohort reports. Data & tagging – tracking pixels, event schemas, UTM structures across channels. Light Python/SQL experience. What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience. 100% remote team.
