Refer them and earn rewards for helping our team grow.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and maintain ECRS POS systems and Catapult Back OfficeCreate and submit Worksheets, Dynamic Promotions, labels, and reports in CatapultAdd, update, and manage items within the POS systemTroubleshoot hardware and software issues including printers, registers, scanners, and card readersRespond promptly to service requests and technical issues from associatesTrain and support team members on POS systems and related technologyCreate and update store signage using Adobe IllustratorTest equipment functionality and ensure system accuracyFollow established IT processes, procedures, and timelinesQualificationsExperience with ECRS POS systems and Catapult Back Office preferredProficiency in MS Office, especially ExcelBasic knowledge of databases and POS system principlesStrong technical troubleshooting skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational and prioritization abilitiesAbility to communicate clearly and follow established processesProficiency in EnglishReliable transportation and flexible availability, including weekendsMust be 18 years of age or older and able to work full-time (up to 40 hours per week)Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and / or walk for the duration of a scheduled shiftFrequent bending, twisting, reaching, pushing, and pullingAbility to lift and / or move objects up to 25 lbs., and occasionally up to 50 lbs.Ability to work around store equipment, hardware, and workstationsAbility to use ladders and step ladders as neededAbility to work in environments with moderate dust and cleaning agentsAbility to work with a variety of fresh, dried, and processed products without allergic reactionsAbility to occasionally work in tight spaces, including under counters or desksHow to ApplyReady to bring your culinary passion to life?
