Lead and coordinate transversally with all the involved functions the company’s strategy creation and execution, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs, and technological advancements.Market Analysis & Value Proposition: Analyze industry developments, competitive dynamics, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decision‑making and evaluate inorganic growth. Lead the creation of Avio Aero’s value proposition, ensuring differentiation and relevance in the marketplace.Competitiveness Assessment: Evaluate Avio Aero’s position in the market, identifying opportunities to enhance competitiveness and drive growth.Sales Enablement: Collaborate closely with the sales team to support campaigns, develop impactful marketing strategies, and ensure alignment with business development goals.Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders across functions to ensure seamless integration of marketing initiatives into broader organizational strategies. Find creative solutions to address complex projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers.Team Leadership: Inspire and guide the team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence. Lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity.
