Job Description Senior Fraud Specialist — Milan, Italy The Opportunity: In the FRM Analytics Team, we provide all the data analytics needed to combat fraud. We work with Big Data, a vast amount and variety of payment transactions and related data, and artificial intelligence to define, set, and manage the operational rules and models to fight fraud in payments. We are a true European team, closely collaborating while spread over several countries. We are embedded in the Fraud/Risk Management department of Worldline, where we develop, run and operate our own dedicated fraud management solutions. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Analyses on transactions in our database Rules implementation and maintenance Act upon irregularities of rules Implement changes to our products Interactions with our local business team and our service delivery units Who Are We Looking For We look for big thinkers who can drive positive change, show what’s next, and have a passion, can-do attitude, and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means: Bachelor degree in computer science or engineering or similar Experience in programming (SQL, Python…) Creative in solving issues and efficient in working Good communication skills in technical topics when interacting with clients Highly motivated, pro-active, able to work autonomously and as part of a team Experience in similar role or fraud analysis would be a plus Knowledge of payment ecosystem including Fraud Risk management, Issuing or Acquiring Payment, Authorizations Switching management systems Knowledge of Big Data infrastructure would be a plus Fluent English; German, Italian or French skills would be an advantage Perks & Benefits At Worldline you’ll be at the heart of the global payments technology industry and will shape how the world pays and gets paid.
