About Your Future Role In this position, you will : Develop and manage financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long‑term planning Provide strategic financial insights and support to guide business decisions and align them with the company’s financial goals Evaluate revenue streams and pricing strategies to maximize income and market competitiveness Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the business is meeting its financial targets (i.e., volumes, sales, cash) Work closely with various departments (e.g., operations, marketing, sales) to ensure financial alignment and support cross‑functional initiatives Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing clear and actionable insights Assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to protect the company’s financial health Offer financial expertise for specific projects, such as new product launches or market expansions, to ensure financial viability and success What Makes You a Great Fit We’re looking for someone eager to make a difference. Here’s what we value : Essential Qualifications : Relevant financial education and minimum 2-3 years of experience within Financial Planning & Analysis and business partnering Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable recommendations. Solid understanding finance processes including budgeting, forecasting and controlling Experience working with cross‑functional teams (i.e. Sales, Product and IT) Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to create trust and influence decision‑making at various organisational levels with courage and ability to challenge the status quo. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present financial insights and collaborate with stakeholders across various departments and organisational levels Bonus Skills : Experience with SAP 4 / HANA and Targetik What’s in it for You ?
