FECC R&D Engineer Junior/Test AssistantLocation: Piacenza (PC), Italy.Department: Fives Combustion BU – European Combustion Research Center.We are seeking a junior R&D Engineer to support combustion test activities and develop future burners with low emissions and low‑carbon energy solutions.ResponsibilitiesOrganize and plan short‑term combustion tests in collaboration with the FECC manager.Manage the supply chain related to the tests.Participate in the tests: data collection implementation, record keeping, and analysis.Manage the IT for the data collection system and test rig automation.Participate in the maintenance program: planning and supply chain management.Ensure safety during combustion test performance.QualificationsJunior engineer or experienced technician with background in thermal/mechanical/instrumentation & control/electrical fields.Basic knowledge in fluid mechanics and thermodynamics.Software: Microsoft Office.Languages: Italian – fluent speaking, reading, writing; English – speaking, reading, writing.Technical curiosity and initiative sense.Ability to analyze and summarize information; strong verbal and communication skills.Additional welcome skills: PLC/HMI environment (Siemens, Schneider…), supervision environment; CAD design software; IT data management; French – speaking, reading, writing.Benefits and DevelopmentWe provide onboarding and development programs to help you grow professionally and personally.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionEngineering and Information TechnologyApply now and join our team#J-18808-Ljbffr
