Overview Neopharmed Gentili SpA , an Italian pharmaceutical company undergoing international expansion, is looking for a Treasury Support Specialist with part-time contract . Responsibilities The resource will be included within the Treasury Department and will report to the Treasury Manager. The resource will assist with the company's daily treasury activities within the department. Assist on managing and updating cash flow forecast; Handling and updating daily cash flow actual; Handling cash operations and banking transactions, including recording financial movements in the company ERP; Oversee the daily cash flow movements to ensure smooth operations and minimize delays; Handling requests to/from the bank; Undertake day to day treasury operations including bank account management, mandates, online banking and annual KYC review; Assist in the timely collection and submission of documentation requested by internal and external auditors; Provide support to remote banking users; Handling Corporate Credit Cards (new requests; cancellations; monthly corporate cards statements); Bank reconciliations; Liaising with key internal stakeholders to support the monthly close processes; Other projects and duties as assigned and deemed necessary. Qualifications Diploma or bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; Minimum 2 years of experience in a Treasury Department; Proficiency in English is a must ; Experience with multi-currency transactions; Keen eye for detail, analytical with a questioning mindset and openness to process improvements; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Experienced in Microsoft Office, SAP and Remote Banking Systems.
