Riporterai direttamente al CEO e lavorerai a stretto contatto con il team marketing e tech. Siamo una piccola azienda in crescita.In particolare:Guidare e ottimizzare i processi operativi (marketing, delivery, customer success)Coordinare campagne e funnel digitali con logica performance-basedLavorare con KPI di fatturato, margine e retentionGestire l’onboarding di nuovi clienti e la qualità dell'esecuzioneCollaborare all’automazione dei flussi (CRM, reportistica, tool)Identificare opportunità di crescita e miglioramento continuoPartecipare alla definizione delle strategie commercialiCreazione ottimiizzazione campagne ppcEsperienza concreta in ruoli esecutivi e/o growth (min 3 anni)Mentalità analitica e orientamento al risultatoOttime doti di project management e gestione teamCapacità decisionale autonoma e responsabilità end-to-endSesto Fiorentino, Tuscany, Italy 1 week ago#J-18808-Ljbffr
