Senior AccountantLocation: MilanKey Responsibilities:Process and distribute incoming invoices.Settle and post cash transactions including accounts payable and accounts receivable.Manage fixed asset accounting and related documentation.Review invoice approvals and post incoming invoices/credit card transactions.Prepare and organize weekly payment runs.Process and book expense reimbursements and travel costs.Create account overviews and support account reconciliations.Handle incoming payment reminders (dunning letters).Support operational financial accounting and month‑end closing activities.Collaborate with headquarters and external suppliers for revenue accounting matters.Work closely with external auditors and tax consultants.Calculate and book loss allowances and individual adjustments.Requirements:Completed training in commercial or business administration.Practical experience in accounting, especially accounts payable and receivable.Solid knowledge of Italian GAAP (Principi Contabili Nazionali).Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.Analytical mindset with strong numerical skills.High attention to detail and a reliable conscientious work style.Strong organizational skills and a proactive sustainable approach to work.Ideally initial experience in the real estate property or industrial sectors.The Offer:A key strategic position with a European market leader in an international pleasantly challenging work environment and the concrete possibility to grow together with the Company.Permanent contract with a competitive salary package, including base salary and annual bonus & benefits commensurate with experience and skills.We reply to all selected candidates.#J-18808-Ljbffr
