You know how to develop and supervise a team. Your interpersonal skills allow you to resolve internal and external conflicts. You are dynamic, flexible, smart, and a problem solver. Your love of field work, management experience, and ability to analyze and cope with difficult situations will be key to your daily goals. You are passionate about retail.Main responsibilities:Support the area manager in daily activities by actively contributing to the design of the Store's commercial and HR strategyManage your shop comprehensively (360° management)Plan, implement, and monitor measures to achieve and exceed sales objectivesEnsure and collaborate in implementing merchandising standards and optimizing sales space for maximum profitabilityManage the warehouse, maintaining correct stock levels in line with replenishment cycles and merchandising strategiesPossess good product and fashion knowledge; know and apply brand and seasonal visual merchandising standardsSupervise customer reception, ensuring it aligns with POP MART guidelinesCoordinate commercial and organizational activities for your store (animations, events, launches, CRM campaigns)Train new joiners and support their growth and development in collaboration with the teamAct as a role model and promote effective communication within the sales teamMonitor team performance using KPIs and achieve personal and store objectives; motivate the team to reach resultsAnalyze KPIs related to customer behavior (entrances, average receipt, pieces per receipt)Ensure departmental targets and budgets are metImplement company procedures (regulations, safety) and commercial policies (pricing, promotions, communication) established by central servicesBackgroundCitizenship or Work Permit requiredAt least 5-10 years' experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder), preferably in dynamic multinational retail environmentsKnowledge of main trade KPIs, confidence in budget management, analysis, and reportingAgility, dynamism, and problem-solving skillsStrong results orientationExcellent team management skills, ability to guide teams towards objectives, and foster team spiritBachelor's or master's degree preferredExcellent Italian language skills; knowledge of Chinese and English is a plusIt's all about PEOPLEWe nurture and grow our talentsTraining will accompany you throughout your journey, including events, classroom lessons, and personalized modules to strengthen your technical and managerial skills.Personalized career paths are available; set your goals and receive support to achieve them.We aim to provide an exceptional in-store experience, with key words: welcome, knowledge, and conclusion.
