Job Description: The candidate will be a member of the team responsible for implementing and maintaining state of the art Business Applications on the ServiceNow platform. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will develop new modules and business flows in ServiceNow Application. You will also maintain and enhance existing modules and business flows in ServiceNow Application in order to adapt them to the needs of our clients.Key Responsibilities:Develop new modules and business flows in ServiceNow ApplicationFix defects in ServiceNow modulesAdapt existing ServiceNow modules and business flows to changing requirements of our clientsAdministration and configuration of existing ServiceNow modulesWriting of documentation and procedures/ documenting the source code with comments and writing technical documentationImplementing corrective actionsReporting on progress, issues and problems to the supervisor; providing lessons learned and giving suggestions to optimize the work processesJob Requirements:3+ years of hands-on JavaScript experienceFluent in EnglishRelevant experience in developing and integration of ServiceNow modules, or similar experience on ITSM PlatformsExposure to Applications Development is preferableRelevant experience with AngularJS is preferableAbility to openly present her/his own ideasIndependent and highly self-motivated with a strong customer focusAble to work both independently and as part of a teamWilling and able to be part of international projects and initiativesAction and results orientated, ability to manage multiple priorities is also expectedAbility to work under pressure and meet deadline requirements complimenting a proactive and flexible approach with a resilient and results-oriented nature.What we offer?Competitive salary with 14 installments/year and meal vouchersSpecial referral bonuses for recommending your friendsPossibility to follow trainings via Stefanini LinkedIn Learning, IT and soft skills training provided by our specialistsOpportunities for professional development in a stable multinational environmentExposure to an international environment as part of a multicultural team spread across EuropeDiversity & Inclusion: Here at the Stefanini Group, we value plurality and equity, regardless of race, sexual orientation, disability, age, ancestry, religion, gender, and nationality.
