We are currently seeking a dynamic Systems Engineer – Enterprise to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business.You would act as the key Account Manager for technical enablement and solution design across the Enterprise customer segment.As a Systems Engineer – Enterprise, you will:Guide all technical aspects of the customer engagement process, from responding to RFIs to managing RFPs/RFQs and coordinating Proof of Concept activities with both internal and partner teamsInterpret and translate customer technical requirements, using insight to build solutions that effectively address their needs and stand out from competing alternativesServe as the primary technical contact for customer and partner engagements, working closely with the associated sales team memberMaintain up-to-date knowledge of Fortinet products and solutions, along with a thorough understanding of the evolving cybersecurity landscape and how our offerings provide lasting protectionCommunicate the value of Fortinet’s solutions clearly and confidently, using methods such as remote or in-person presentations, whiteboarding, technical documentation, and solution discussionsEfficiently manage multiple engagements while delivering a positive and responsive experience to our customersAccurately maintain technical details and activity records in our CRM (Salesforce) for customer and prospect accountsWe Are Looking For:A strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies such as encryption and authentication, with knowledge of network security, intrusion prevention, malware protection, routing, switching, LAN and WAN being a plusExperience in a pre-sales engineering role, where you were responsible for managing the technical components of deals from initial engagement through to technical closureAn ability to address challenges and identify solutions that contribute to successful business outcomesEffective communication skills, especially in translating complex technical topics for diverse audiences across internal and external stakeholdersFamiliarity with technologies and protocols such as RADIUS, PKI, IKE, Certificates, L2TP, IPSEC, FIREWALL, 802.1Q, MD5, SSH, SSL, SHA1, DES, 3DESCISSP certification is a plusWhy Join Us:At Fortinet, we embrace diversity and inclusivity.
