Stiamo cercando uno Specialista HRIS per unirsi al nostro team IT Governance. Il candidato ideale sarà responsabile della gestione, manutenzione e ottimizzazione del sistema informativo HR (SAP SuccessFactors), garantendo l'efficienza dei processi HR e la qualità dei dati amministrativi. Questa figura professionale lavorerà a stretto contatto con i reparti amministrazione del personale, risorse umane e altri stakeholder aziendali per assicurare che il sistema HRIS supporti efficacemente le esigenze operative e strategiche dell'organizzazione. Lo Specialista HRIS sarà incaricato di raccogliere i requisiti di business, fornire supporto tecnico agli utenti, formare il personale sull'utilizzo del sistema e collaborare con il system integrator all'implementazione di nuovi moduli o aggiornamenti. Il ruolo richiede conoscenza dei processi HR, competenze tecniche e una forte attenzione ai dettagli. È fondamentale avere conoscenza della suite SAP SuccessFactors. Responsabilità · Gestire e manutenere il sistema HRIS aziendale · Fornire supporto tecnico e formazione agli utenti del sistema · Collaborare con i reparti HR e IT per migliorare i processi · Assicurare l'integrità, la sicurezza e la qualità dei dati · Monitorare le performance del sistema e risolvere eventuali problemi · Partecipare all'implementazione di nuovi moduli o aggiornamenti · Documentare le procedure e le modifiche del sistema · Rimanere aggiornato sulle novità tecnologiche e best practice HRIS · Collaborare con il System Integrator Requisiti · Da +3 anni di esperienza nella gestione di sistemi HRIS · Conoscenza del software SAP SuccessFactors · Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office · Competenze analitiche e attenzione ai dettagli · Capacità di lavorare in team e comunicare efficacemente · Conoscenza dei processi HR · Capacità di gestire progetti e rispettare le scadenze · Orientamento al problem solving · Flessibilità e adattabilità al cambiamento
