Il Gruppo è inoltre leader, in Italia, nei business dei Securities Services e dei servizi di pagamento bancari. Per ampliamento del nostro organico interno, stiamo cercando un/a: La risorsa verrà inserita all’interno della nostra unità organizzativa di Legal Collection con lo scopo di occuparsi di recupero crediti, in particolare, dovrà occuparsi delle seguenti attività: Gestione azioni legali verso i debitori e cedenti Monitoraggio delle attività dei legali esterni Gestione fase successiva alla sentenza: esecuzione/retrocessione Approfondimento tematiche per redazione note comitato crediti; pareri Due diligence portafogli laddove necessario Reportistica dettagliata sullo stato delle pratiche affidate Reportistica per AD-CDA/prime linee della Banca Laurea in Giurisprudenza e conseguente abilitazione all’esercizio della professione forense Comprovata esperienza di almeno 5 - 8anni nel recupero del credito fino all’effettivo recupero Ottima padronanza del pacchetto Office Gradita esperienza pregressa presso Studi Legali mediamente strutturati con focus il recupero crediti e/o esperienza presso il settore bancario/factoring L’esperienza pregressa nella gestione del contenzioso vs debitori appartenenti a P.A./ SSN verrà considerata un plus Sono richieste comprovate capacità di analisi, gestione dei processi di recupero, aggiornamento delle previsioni di incasso e monitoraggio dei risultati rispetto alle previsioni e supervisione di legali esterni Approccio pragmatico e proattivo, gestione dello stress, doti di lavoro in team, entusiasmo, problem solving e ottima gestione delle scadenze completano il profilo.
