Our complementary business segments, Technology, Products and Services (TPS) and Project Delivery, turn innovation into scalable and industrial reality.Through collaboration and excellence in execution, our 17,000+ employees across 34 countries are fully committed to bridging prosperity with sustainability for a world designed to last.About the mission we offer youThe Contract Engineer duties and responsibilities are to provide appropriate support and guidance to the Project Manager and leadership within the Project team in the management and administration of the contract, consistently with the relevant policies, standards and processes.Main accountabilities of the Contract Engineer Junior are:Prepares and consolidates analysis of contract conditions, contract issues, client needs, as well as contractual risks and opportunities.Liaise and obtain when required legal expertise from the Legal Team (corporate, compliance, litigation, general legal advice) and with other functions (treasury, tax, insurance, etc.) with the purpose of providing to the Project a comprehensive set of legal and contractual services.Initiate and coordinate the preparation, negotiation and settlement of change orders and claims (EOTs, Acceleration, delays, etc.).Coordinates and monitors the fulfillment of contractual obligations.Starting Date: March 2025About youWe love to hear from you and how you match with this position. To be successful in this mission you should consider the following requirements:Qualifications: Engineering Master Degree.
