With automation and knowledge as part of our DNA, we are building hotel solutions to deliver a unique guest experience.Great things you will doAs a Hospitality Operations Specialist at Libere Hospitality, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring the smooth operation of our properties. Every day is different, but your responsibilities will include:Backoffice AreaSupervise cleaning tasks, resolve maintenance issues, and follow up on pending tasks.Support the City Manager and act on their behalf when necessary.Administrative AreaManage stock orders, lost and found, invoices, purchases, and laundry/amenities logistics.Customer Service AreaAssist guests with check-in, city info, and more, ensuring effective communication as their main point of contact.QualificationsPrevious experience in the hospitality industry preferredExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skillsStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesWhy work with us?At Libere Hospitality, we believe in creating a positive and supportive work environment where our employees can thrive.
