Your ResponsibilitiesPerforming detailed failure analyses to determine the cause of product, component or system failuresAnalyse failure reports and determine the root cause of the issuesImplementing tests to replicate failure modes and validate corrective actionsMake proposals for corrective actionsCreating and maintaining documentation of failures and their corresponding analysesCollaborating with R&D, Production, and Quality teams to implement process and product improvementsUtilizing statistical tools and software to analyse failure data and trendsPerform risk assessments to prevent future failuresPresenting findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports and presentationsYour Qualifications & SkillsDegree in Electric - Electromechanical Engineering or related fieldExperience with failure analysis techniques, such as FMEA, 8D or RCAStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentExperience with quality control and/or manufacturing processes is a plusExperience in power electronics development and/or failure analysis is a plusOUR COMMITMENTInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic teamHigh-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobilityOpportunities for advancement in a growing companyA wide range of further training opportunitiesAttractive bonus system and performance-related payAdditional company benefitsWHY ALPITRONIC Together with our customers, we are driving the world towards sustainable mobility – with cutting‑edge technology, we inspire with the most innovative and reliable solutions.
