Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwide Your Role: As a Safety Assurance Manager you will manage, perform and ensure the activities related to safety assurance in the Projects.Your Challenges: Coordinate all the Safety Assurance activities on the project as per Safety process defined in Signaling Safety Instruction Perform Safety analysis, manage Hazard Log, review RAM, Cyber, V&V, T&C activities from a Safety perspective Define safety plan and manage safety workload and associated planning Support tenders and/or RC teams to integrate product in projectsBuild the Safety Reports and the Safety Cases           Apply the safety assurance methodologies (risk acceptance criteria, safety analysis, verification and validation) defined for the projectOrganize and attend periodic Safety Reviews           Defend Safety Case argumentations in front of internal (QS, Safety Assessor) and external (ISA) assessors; define and follow-up action plans to close the findings of the assessors   Coordinate Safety Assurance Engineers involved on the project Act as a Safety Leader and follow the 8D process steps to properly contain and solve any safety issue detected on fieldQualifications:Engineering degree (preferably Electronic Enginnering) or similarKnowledge concerning the Cenelec Standards for Safety (or equivalent standards if needed: AREMA, IEEE, etc) and safety methodology & concepts/principlesSuccessful experience in RAMS / Functional Safety Assurance is an assetEnglish operational in reading and writing for technical documentationAlstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow’s mobility.
