Over the years, the Agency has expanded its services across digital media, developing award-winning expertise in Digital PR, Influencer Marketing and Social Media Management.Specialized in communication for prestige consumer markets, Attila&Co. has a strong and consolidated know-how in  beauty , fashion, lifestyle, sports, design, automotive, hospitality, and food & beverage, operating across Europe and Asia from its Milan and Shanghai offices.The RoleAttila&Co. is looking for a  Beauty Digital PR & Influencer Marketing Specialist  to join its Beauty team.The ideal candidate is passionate about the  beauty industry , highly knowledgeable about skincare, make-up, haircare and fragrances, and motivated to work in a fast-paced agency environment dedicated to premium beauty brands.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Beauty Digital PR & Influencer Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of Digital PR and Influencer Marketing activities for assigned beauty clients, including:Development and execution of  Digital PR strategies specifically tailored to beauty brandsManagement of  Influencer Marketing campaigns within the beauty sector , from scouting to activation and reportingIdentification, selection and relationship management of  beauty influencers, creators and digital opinion leaders  (macro, micro and nano)Coordination of product seeding, gifting and beauty-focused events (online and offline)Daily relationships with beauty influencers and talentsMonitoring of online coverage, performance analysis and campaign reportingClose collaboration with internal teams (Social Media and Creative) to ensure integrated beauty communication projectsSupport in client presentations and strategic proposals for beauty brandsRequirements2–3 years of experience in Digital PR and Influencer Marketing within the beauty industryPrevious experience in a  communication agency or beauty brand  is highly preferredStrong understanding of the  beauty market, trends, products and consumer behaviorsFluent English (written and spoken) is requiredProven experience managing influencer campaigns for skincare, make-up, haircare or fragrance brandsExcellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-taskProactive attitude, team spirit and strong interpersonal skillsPlusExperience already gained in  beauty agencies or beauty brands  will be considered a strong advantageExisting network of beauty influencers and digital media contactsPassion for innovation and digital-first beauty communication
