Join a strategic, business-critical project at the heart of our commercial operations. Our CPQ platform is already live and evolving, and we are looking for a IT Project Manager(W/M/D) to help shape its next phases, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and support the continuous improvement of a complex, international ecosystem.Your MissionBased preferably in Parma, you will work closely with business teams, IT, and external partners, acting as a key player in the governance and evolution of our CPQ solutions.You will be responsible for driving the successful deployment and continuous enhancement of our CPQ solution. Acting as a strategic liaison between partners and internal stakeholders, you will ensure that business needs are translated into effective technical solutions. You will also play a key role in analyzing requirements, documenting processes, and supporting cross-functional collaboration.What you’ll doBe the go-to person for our CPQ ecosystem (Configuration,Pricing, Quotation)Act as a bridge between business teams, IT, and solution providersTurn business needs into clear, actionable functional solutionsCoordinate multiple contributors and interfaces across countriesand teamsDrive project follow-up: planning, milestones, testing, and go-liveactivitiesOrganize and lead workshops, project meetings, and governancecommitteesChallenge operational needs to ensure scalable and efficientsolutionsWork closely with vendors and partners, challenging proposals anddelivery timelinesContribute to the CPQ roadmap with IT, including futureenhancements and AI opportunitiesSupport day-to-day governance of a platform already used inproductionGrow over time into budget follow-up and purchasingresponsibilitiesYour ProfileMinimum 3 years of experience in CPQ systems analysis.Strong functional expertise in Quote-to-Cash processes,including configuration, product modelling, pricing, and quoting.Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationshipsacross all levels of the organization.Solid understanding of CPQ technologies and platforms.Excellent analytical skills with a structured approach todocumentation and process design.Adaptable and proactive personality with a focus on continuousimprovement.Experience working on complex, multi-tool, international projectsThe ability to understand development constraints and keep projects on trackStrong communication skills in EnglishExceptional verbal and written communication skills.Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data Sciences, or a related field.Who you are:A natural communicator who enjoys working with diverse teamsA collaborative leader with a positive, solution-oriented mindsetComfortable challenging ideas — both internally and with external partnersProactive, curious, and motivated by continuous improvementGood to knowPriority location: Parma, with the possibility to be based in Octeville-sur-MerRegular face-to-face collaboration in Parma and ReichstettExposure to international teams and limited travel worldwideOpportunities to contribute to other digital projects (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics)#J-18808-Ljbffr
