Our innovative technologies and services are pushing energy forward – making it safer, cleaner and more efficient for people and the planet.As a Senior Project Manager you will manage the project P&L, lead all project elements, and act as the primary liaison for client interfaces.This high‑profile position includes oversight of all project stages – from planning through operational deployment to project closing. You will drive on‑time delivery, consistency, and service delivery excellence while maximizing revenue, minimizing cost, and optimizing cash collection timing. You will engage significantly with the Integrated Solutions Service delivery organization and individual product lines. The role carries full business ownership, P&L responsibility, accountability, and decision‑making authority.ResponsibilitiesEnsure overall project management complies with contractual and quality system criteria.Define the Coordination Procedure and Project Quality Plan.Act as the main point of contact between the client and the company.Lead the project team in executing activities, defining tasks, and issuing instructions.Plan, organize, and ensure communication and reporting.Monitor and assure the quality of work across offices/departments.Track project schedules, report progress, and update stakeholders.Manage project variations and archive quality records.Contribute to staff professional development.Initiate corrective actions to prevent delays and additional costs.Keep management informed of significant developments.Ensure invoicing and collections.RequirementsTechnical High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.Proven experience in EPC companies in a similar role.In‑depth knowledge of EPC project work processes and execution procedures.Fluency in English, both oral and written.A self‑starter capable of leading a team during proposal preparation.Ability to perform complex tasks typical of engineering & contracting companies.Capacity to work with tight deadlines while ensuring documentation quality.Skill to present design problems clearly to senior executives, customers, and suppliers.Decision‑making autonomy.Flexible Working Patterns3 days in office, 2 days from home.BenefitsContemporary work‑life balance policies and wellbeing activities.Comprehensive private medical care options.Life insurance and disability programs.Tailored financial programmes.Additional elected or voluntary benefits.About UsWe are an energy technology company providing solutions to energy and industrial customers worldwide.
