We offer a unique playground for entrepreneurial minds eager to shape distinctive olfactory and sensory experiences in the world of beauty.Driven by our DARE culture (Determination, Agility, Realism, Empathy), we redefine beauty standards through our New Ventures activity by incubating innovative haute parfumerie beauty projects and placing our talents at the heart of our creativity.So, are you ready to become an entrepreneur of beauty?As part of LFB Italy Marketing Department, the Trade Marketing Specialist will support the Trade Marketing Coordinator in the Trade Marketing plan execution, in line with Brand target and Marketing Plan.RESPONSIBILITIESPlan activities with clients in line with Marketing Plan and Brands TargetsImplement activities, negotiating the action plan with each retailer, realizing specific activities and getting feedback of activitiesPlan the use of material by activity and by retail in line with budget and Marketing guidelinesCheck budget by client, in order to be in line with commercial targetsAnalyze sell-out by client, to be in line with brands targets and priorities, and to propose actionsCoordinate promoters agency (brief, feedbacks, sell-out results)Manage the local production of pos material (windows, outpost, showcards, mailings…) in line with budget and marketing guidelinesCollaborate closely to Key Accounts, Area Managers, Sales Force, assuring excellence in executionMeasure progress on sell-out by clientMeasure Promoters sell-outPROFILEMaster’s degree in Marketing/Business/Economics with Sales focus1 year minimum of Marketing or Sales experience, preferably in luxury beauty marketStrong analytical and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (especially Excel, Power Point)Excellent level of EnglishCandidates are invited to read the privacy policy pursuant to art. 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation n. 2016/679 (GDPR) available at the following link:
