La figura sarà responsabile dell’espansione e del coordinamento della rete commerciale, contribuendo al raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali. ResponsibilitiesCoordinamento e supporto alla rete vendita; Individuazione di nuove opportunità commerciali sul territorio; Analisi del mercato e pianificazione delle strategie di sviluppo; Monitoraggio dei risultati e formazione degli agenti. QualificationsEsperienza nel ruolo o in funzioni affini; Capacità di pianificazione e gestione risorse umane; Ottime doti comunicative e relazionali; Orientamento ai risultati e spirito di iniziativa. OfferAuto aziendale; Premi; Contratto a tempo determinato di 6 mesi prorogabile; Orario full time, 40 ore settimanali.
