Le risorse inserite saranno addette alla comunicazione diretta e alla vendita. Impareranno a gestire i processi di comunicazione, promozione e vendita in eventi / store. L’attività lavorativa sarà svolta in team, in affiancamento ad un formatore o una formatrice professionista e in parallelo ad un percorso di formazione continuo, approfondito e a nostre spese volto a preparare in modo completo al lavoro sul campo. Offriamo massima flessibilità : disponibilità settimanali a libera scelta dal lunedì alla domenica. Possibilità di lavoro part-time verticale - almeno 3 giorni lavorativi a settimana o full time. Contratto da IV con pagamenti mensili, Bonus e incentivi premio Formazione certificata a totali spese aziendali Viaggi esperienza per poter vedere la realizzazione dei progetti in Italia e nel mondo Non è necessaria esperienza pregressa : prevediamo formazione (a spese aziendali) costante e certificata sul mondo del marketing diretto (comunicazione efficace, public speaking, customer care, customer service, event organization, project communication, mentality, teamwork, time management, ecc...) e sui nostri Partner (workshop formativi per approfondimento dei progetti, webinar, ecc...).
