Providing regular training and information on occupational health and safety to the staff. Providing technical support to the persons responsible for HSE on construction sites. Liaising with KVI corporate HSE Department to ensure KVI HSE minimum requirements and best practices are implemented. Development of relevant HSE deliverables (e.g., POS, DVR, DUVRI, PSC, work instructions, and operational documentation). Periodically performing site/project visits and audits to ensure compliance with HSE requirements (Italian law and KVI HSE management systems). Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other STEM disciplines. Good knowledge of Italian H&S Legislation with relevant training as per Italian Law (120 hours for CSP / CSE and/or 40 hours RSPP). Minimum 3 years of experience in preparation, adaptation, and implementation of HSE-related deliverables. Willingness to travel within Italy and Europe. Fluency in Italian and English.
