latina, Italy NobleProg Italia è alla ricerca di un / a Training and Administration Coordinator per supportare le attività operative e amministrative dei progetti formativi con i nostri clienti corporate. Il ruolo è 100% remoto, rivolto a residenti in Italia, con forti capacità organizzative e precisione nei dettagli. NobleProg è un gruppo internazionale di formazione e consulenza IT attivo dal 2005, con sedi in tutto il mondo. Collaboriamo con aziende leader nei settori bancario, tecnologico, industriale e pubblico, fornendo formazione tecnica e supporto strategico su larga scala. Responsabilità principali Gestione amministrativa delle attività formative: documentazione, reportistica, archiviazione. Comunicazione con clienti e docenti per garantire la corretta esecuzione dei corsi. Raccolta feedback post-corso e aggiornamento dei registri di progetto. Collaborazione con il team finance per la corretta emissione delle fatture. Supporto nella gestione di contratti con clienti, docenti e fornitori. Coordinamento dei corsi aziendali dalla pianificazione alla chiusura. Comunicazione con i referenti aziendali e con i formatori. Preparazione documentazione, accessi, calendari e materiali. Gestione del feedback e monitoraggio della qualità dei corsi. Supporto al team commerciale e di delivery nella gestione dei progetti. Competenze richieste Esperienza in ruoli amministrativi o di back‑office. Ottima conoscenza di Microsoft Excel, SharePoint e strumenti Office 365. Esperienza in coordinamento eventi, progetti o formazione. Attitudine al problem solving e flessibilità operativa. Eccellenti capacità relazionali e organizzative. Familiarità con strumenti digitali di comunicazione e gestione. Italiano madrelingua e buon inglese scritto e parlato. Precisione, organizzazione, autonomia. Residenza in Italia.
