The company has over twenty-five divisions and is renowned for innovation, team spirit, excellence and reliability.Location: Buttrio (UD) with high availability for long-term on-site assignments.ResponsibilitiesDirect management of HSE processes on siteImplementation of health, safety, and environmental regulationsCommunication and negotiation with internal and external stakeholdersCollaboration with the HSE Manager and the Prevention Service Officer to implement strategiesMonitoring operational activities and associated risksReview project contractual documentation and legislative compliance analysisIntegrate, when necessary, Danieli's health and safety management procedures with applicable regulations or client standardsKeep the Safety Operational Plan up to dateDraft and update the emergency and evacuation planManage initial training activities for all personnel accessing the siteOrganize and lead regular coordination meetings with Danieli staff and subcontractorsManage emergency drills and site evacuation testsImplement the Work Permit and Isolation system on site during commissioningProperly manage incident reporting and conduct investigations into the causes of incidentsTechnical RequirementsDegree in Engineering, Architecture, or Environmental Health and Safety Sciences, or a diploma in Industrial Technology or SurveyingMinimum of 3 years of experience in operational HSE management within metalworking production environments or industrial construction sitesSpecific HSE training: RSPP course (Ateco 4), NIOSH qualification or other international certificationExcellent command of the English languageSoft SkillsOrganizational and analytical skillsProblem‑solving abilitiesStrong interpersonal and teamwork skillsAvailability to stay on-site for extended periods, both in Italy and abroadSeniority levelMid‑Senior levelEmployment typeFull‑timeJob functionOtherIndustrial Machinery Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
