The purpose of the job is to ensure the operational maintenance of systems and tools related to the machine lifecycle; be the reference for troubleshooting or implementation of improvements for some machines; and be responsible for BOMs and configurator of price list machines. In this position, you will have the following responsibilities: Evaluate possibilities for cost reductions, optimizations, production flow improvements, and assembly ergonomics by gathering ideas, issues, and feedback. Execute necessary changes to standard machines after discussions with Product Management, Marketing, Customer Service, and Development functions. Manage bills of materials, standard components, and machines’ entry lists and CAD configurator. Replace commercial components. Perform mechanical drawing and structural calculations for mechanical design. Support the strategic sourcing and quality departments with technical advice on materials from external suppliers. To succeed in this role, you should have: A degree in Engineering or a Technical Diploma. Knowledge of CAD 2D and 3D. Fluent spoken and written skills in both English and Italian.
