Overview As Retail Performance Manager for Southern Europe, you report to the General Manager of the zone and your focus is to improve the Performance Culture & Retail Experience in our network of more than 35 Boutiques in 7 Markets. Align all retail functions, give them visibility of what are the needs and the opportunities in existing in stores and align strategies accordingly. Responsibilities People management: Direct reporting-lines of Training, Maintenance & Operations to ensure the best level of service and quality in our boutiques and guaranteeing the Dior Policies by maximizing shopping experience. Work in close collaboration with Product Merchandising, Marketing, Visual Merchandising and other key functions. Store performance enhancement & monitoring: Increase boutiques sales within the area by monitoring selling policies and driving performance. Be a strong Retail sparring partner within the management team and a challenging & developing business partner for our boutiques. Ensure an excellent customer experience and harmonize the standards of client experience in the boutiques of the zone according to the Brand highest expectations (mystery shopping), especially with respect to welcome, product presentation (with VM) and other details ensuring a unique and “luxury” customer experience in close collaboration with Training. Identify & analyse time spent by Sales Associates on responsibilities other than sales/clienteling and provide recommendations to maximize time with customers. Design & implement ad hoc action plans for underperforming categories in close cooperation with all retail functions through cross-functional 360° plans and bespoke incentive programs with results tracking. Recommend value-added activities to increase UPT, AUR, AVT; promote cross-selling, retention, return rates, and client recruitment. Issue and analyse monthly reports (Try-on rates, traffic KPIs, recruitment, cross-selling) and benchmarks; identify opportunities and initiate actions to align staffing with customer traffic and support conversions, in coordination with Operations and HR Provide regular in-depth analysis of outliers (over/underperforming stores) and develop regional action plans to improve performance. Organize periodic store performance catch-ups to report progress and discuss action plans. Ensure Health & Safety standards with HR and Operations, and comply with data protection regulations. Operations: ensure operational excellence and drive a culture of performance based on technology and a team-first mindset ("SAs are my clients"). Training: Assure high-impact, interactive and consistent training and coaching across the zone; align training actions with Brand priorities; support boutique openings and pop-ups. Lead boutique openings as the point of reference and coordinate with a taskforce opening project team. Strong involvement in the execution of pop-ups & resorts . Help maintain maintenance levels based on DIOR standards within the retail network. Act as project leader for retail initiatives and rollouts (e.g., "Retail Excellence"). Profil / Qualifications Analytical and strategic profile to optimize retail operations and elevate customer experience across Southern Europe. Proven Retail Performance Driver: Significant experience of 8+ years in retail management/operations, with a track record of optimizing KPIs (sales, conversion, clienteling). Advanced Data Analyst: Highly proficient in retail data analytics, translating insights into actionable strategies and measurable performance improvements. Strategic & Operational Mindset: Ability to define targets, identify trends, and implement operational excellence across multiple markets. Influential Leader & Coach: Skilled in developing, coaching, and influencing diverse retail teams and managers. Cross-Functional Collaborator: Strong ability to work effectively with Marketing, Merchandising, Operations and other departments to align strategies. Project Management Acumen: Experience leading retail initiatives, process improvements, and boutique openings/pop-ups. Exceptional Communicator: Fluent in English, with excellent presentation skills to convey complex data and strategies clearly.
