We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Operations & Finance Specialist to help keep the company running smoothly day to day, from invoices and expense notes to operational coordination, HR processes, and internal workflows, while working closely with the founder and external advisors. You will be a key partner to leadership, ensuring smooth operations across all business functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a remote-first mindset. What you'll do: What you'll do Accounting & Finance Operations Issue and track customer invoices Collect, organize, and validate expense notes Support monthly accounting close with external accountants Keep accounting documentation clean, complete, and audit-ready Track payments, deadlines, and basic cash flow items Operational Support Maintain internal operational documents and records Support contract administration (filing, tracking, renewals) Coordinate with vendors, advisors, and service providers Help improve internal processes and workflows as we scale Founder Support Be a trusted operational point of contact Anticipate issues before they become problems Bring structure and clarity to day-to-day operations What we're looking for Experience in operations, accounting support, or back-office roles Comfortable with invoices, expenses, and financial documentation Highly organized, precise, and dependable Proactive mindset Confident working with founders and external professionals Fluent in Italian; good English is a plus Nice to have Startup or scale-up experience Familiarity with accounting tools, ERPs, or Excel/Sheets Experience working with external accountants or payroll providers Why Join Us Work directly with the founder Real ownership and trust from day one Flexible setup (hybrid / remote) Fast-growing, well-funded environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
